Wanted to explore Cartagena and this hotel was nice comfy base for doing it.

I enjoyed the hotel and its staff, friendly! One of the dining options, Burger King was 15 mins walk away. Location adjacent to beaches cartagena plaza and easy access to museo naval del caribe. Nothing beats being in balcones de bocagrande.

all members of staff were great. if we return to cartagena we would definitely book here again.
